This is very suspicious to me. Why would a Secretary of State issue a threat to sue if County Election Supervisors decide to “hand count” ballots in the midterms to confirm the numbers are correct? Hobbs states “doing so would be unlawful”. Really, I say not unlawful but
Handcount will ensure Katie Hobbs will be defeated in the ballot and can no longer threaten to sue. Let her sue, so it will confirm that the machine is stealing the votes for the Demonrats.
Counting fraud ballots twice should get the exact same results if not that's a problem. But what does counting them again prove if there is no way to know how many bogus ballots from ghost voters are in there to begin with?

Is there any chance of developing a way to encrypt one’s ballot?
As a voter I would very much like to check how my ballot was counted.
This would allow only the voter to access this information, verify how their votes were recorded and possibly some much needed security to our election system.
It could also, for all I know, open another Pandora’s Box!
