This is very suspicious to me.
Why would a Secretary of State issue a threat to sue if County Election Supervisors decide to “hand count” ballots in the midterms to confirm the numbers are correct?
Hobbs states “doing so would be unlawful”. Really, I say not unlawful but AWFUL! read
